Labor Day Ice Cream

We were excited to visit Helen for the Labor Day Holiday. Preston's parents invited us to join them at their timeshare. It was nice to get out of the house especially after being inside for so long during my recovery. The weekend was so much fun. The timeshare has a great pool which the twins loved along with a tennis court full of games and tricycles. Preston gave Gracie and Bailey their first golf lesson and they loved hitting balls with their Daddy. While he played his real game of golf, Becky and I took the twins to the playground and to visit the shops in Helen. They loved playing and when they were done I decided to let them have their first trip to a real ice cream shop. They seem to be growing out of their Lactose intolerance and so they haven't had alot of ice cream. I have been introducing it to them slowly and so it was fun to watch their eyes as they were trying to decide which flavor to chose at the ice cream shop. Bailey chose chocolate and Gracie decided on strawberry after much deliberation. Aunt Kara also joined us for the weekend. It was great to relax by the pool and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountains.
